Greetings!  My name is Suzie Wooldridge and I’m blessed to be a member of St. Finbar Catholic Community and Pastoral Staff.  Since July of 2005 I’ve enjoyed coordinating Liturgical Ministries and Evangelization.  This is an exciting time to be a member of the Body of Christ and to be involved in building the Kingdom of God!

Born and raised in Southern California, I attended Catholic Elementary School, Catholic and Public High Schools and U.C.L.A.  Employed by Western Airlines (now part of Delta), I thought I had discovered the “perfect career”.  In 1977 I encountered God’s mercy and love while attending a Flight Attendant Retreat at Serra Retreat House in Malibu.   That life-changing experience inspired me to deepen my relationship with Christ and led me to give my gifts by becoming involved in Liturgy and Music.  From there I embarked on the beyond  “perfect career” of serving God and the Body of Christ! 

While continuing my work for the airlines, I was blessed to be employed by two W.L.A. Catholic churches in Liturgy and Music, where I became a member of “Spirit Alive” Music Ministry.  In 1982 I  recorded my first project with “Spirit Alive” produced by Terry Talbot.  I continue to record projects of Catholic Christian Contemporary Music, and have sung on ten albums to date.  God inspired me to further study liturgy during this time and opportunities to become a national speaker became available.  Some of the venues I have presented at are the Religious Education Congress, SCRC Convention, Medjugorje Peace Conference, Association of Christian Therapists National and International Conferences and the Magnificat Breakfast.   As a Catholic presenter I incorporated outreach and evangelization into the workshops and became convinced that Spirit-filled Liturgical Worship has the power to Evangelize.
