Our mission is to promote physical, spiritual and emotional wellness by linking personal health
and faith in God at the center of our faith experience.
Through this health stewardship we hope to help the Church reclaim its identity as a healing place.
Our health ministry is comprised of health professionals and other non-professionals who have an interest in and understand the importance of caring for the whole person.
We encourage anyone to join our ministry who has an interest in promoting physical and spiritual wellness - whether or not they have a formal health-worker background.
We work in conjunction with the Faith Community Health Partnership of St. Joseph and Holy Cross Medical Centers to bring health education and support to members of our parish community.
We sponsor our annual Health Fair in March, as well as a blood donor drive in October and a flu vaccine clinic in November.
The Health Ministry meets the first Tuesday of every month at 7PM in the school library.
